Comforting  Cuddle Therapy 

There’s something comforting, soothing and healing about being held.  My cuddle sessions are inspired by Tantric principles and offer a safe, consensual, heart-centered space where you can simply be - without any expectations, just presence.

Through warm, nurturing, intentional touch we help calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with your body. It’s about slowing down, feeling safe, and letting oxytocin—the body’s “feel-good” hormone—do its magic. 

Our embraces gently flow through possible conversation, eye gazing, hand-holding, soft strokes, and a variety of comforting cuddle positions — all creating a space of connection and ease.
